Use of website
1.2 This website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
1.3 You may print and download material from this website provided that you do not modify or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.
1.4 All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
1.5 Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.

If your order is missing flavours or contains the wrong items or is in a damaged condition when you receive it, we will need you to provide us with photographic evidence to begin the enquiry process and we ask that the damaged products should be retained for our investigation.
Subject to our findings we will either refund, or resend your order again. We cannot cancel your order once it has already been packed and collected by courier. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or standard of service please email firstname.lastname@example.org
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER? – T&C
Once you have checked out, we are unable to make changes to your order. If you have an urgent issue with an incorrect delivery address or you have selected the wrong date, please get in touch as soon as possible at email@example.com If your order has already been prepared, packed or collected, this will not be possible. Please note additional charges may apply.
Changes to flavours and items cannot be made once an order has been placed as doughnuts are made to order.
CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY – T&C
Please take time to check all your details are correct before completing your order (name, phone number, email address, specify safe place if required) as it is the customers responsibility to enter all the necessary details correctly to ensure our courier partners get your parcel to your chosen destination.
On the day of your delivery you will be notified by our courier partners with a time slot, it is your responsibility to ensure someone is there to accept the order or leave with a neighbour/safe place.
The driver will send an email to confirm when it has been delivered.
The Dirty Doughnut cannot be held responsible for parcels not reaching the correct destination due to incorrect delivery information being entered at checkout.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
